- Proper selection of media – The sender should select the medium of communication only after much consideration.
- Spirit – During communication one should make effective use of visual communication. He/she mustn’t show their emotions while communicating because the receiver might misinterpret the message being delivered. For example, if the conveyer of the message is in an exceedingly bad mood then the receiver might think that the knowledge being delivered isn’t good.
